Apartment in KL Sentral

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, close to Kuala Lumpur sentral. NuSentral and Monorail. A lot of eating places nearby and also close to laundromat. Its a must hotel if you're planning to visit Kuala Lumpur. Will deffinetly book this hotel for my next visit.

Hotel to old, dirty, room very small, Never comeback.

The price is very affordable and the room is clean and not stinky at all. The location is just meters away from the mall and LRT/MRT stations. And there are stores, banks, and restaurants nearby.

The room was OK. The service was excellent. Unfortunately I am allergic to dust which made me uncomfortable. The headrest need to be dusted. Other than that everything is good.

Beside room cleaning service, the others were so fine. Room was not cleaned until we arrive after sightseeing around the city about 3 pm. The cleaner directly did the cleaning after we asked to, but because we need it for resting, he just touched up and gave new towels and refill the drinking water. We recommend this hotel for those who need lower price and good location. A place that you need to feel.

It was nice staying at City Central Hotel. The staff are friendly, the Hotel is clean and everything is within walking distance.

Hotel is outsourced the breakfast to an adjacent small restaurant and the the breakfast I had for the 1st day was one of the horrible breakfast I ever had in my life. And the second day nothing was available for the breakfast and none of the restaurant staff was willing to help too! So the next 2 days I didn't even go there as there are many good restaurants are surrounded 2-5 minutes waking distance from the hotel. So better book a non breakfast room.

Good hotel to stay, staff was helpful, easy to find halal food, busy area, room was small and clean, but overall is OK, will stay against to this hotel.

Good service and good to short or long stay.
