Very satisfied, and recommended. The level of attention to the detail is very high. Their staff is very professional. The location is very close to Bali's best cafes and restaurants (walking distance). The value added point is I can enjoy sunset everyday from the back of the hotel without joining the crowd in nearby hype beach clubs. Very recommended.

2 nights at the villa! Humongous space - 300mtr. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom suite was amazing, spacious and luxurious at the same time. Jacuzzi, private pool, even a bed in front of your private pool for you to sunbathe! Breakfast buffet was scrumptious and the staff was absolutely pleasant! I got a good deal through traveloka, much much cheaper compared to buying it from the front desk. Thank you Indigo seminyak, I can't wait to come back! And thank you traveloka for the great deal!

we booked 3 pool view rooms, but when we checked in, they upgrade the room into suite type (2 bedrooms and 1 living room), in which we did not expect that. especially on new year eve. the room was spacious and clean. the bed and pillow were comfortable we hardly woke up. just wanna lay there all day long. the only "minus" part was we need to ask for bath towel since it was not available in the bathroom. the breakfast food was limited to 2 set menu. the taste: "American" breakfast was good but the Indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng) was already cold. overall, we enjoyed staying there.

Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

Had the most pleasant stay here! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely designed and very cozy. It has a big semi outdoor dining/ lounge area with a pool view. My family and I stayed at the two bedroom suite. The room was big, has open dining and living area with private outdoor pool. Both bedrooms are equipped with private bathroom inside. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at while in Seminyak. Highly recommended!

For 1st time, you will free upgrade from suite non balcony to suite with balcon. Finest enough of food, great customer service, and also you will get big room with decent enough amenities. But the coffee pod are fit enough with coffee pod machine so still unusable. For slipper and comb, you have to request to front office and they will sent it to your room. Close enough to petitenget beach, and many spot of food and outlet. Will be back if trip again to bali

Sense Sunset Seminyak

Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had requested for a birthday decor of our room and they delivered very well, It was a beautiful decor. However, some of the services were not so good, such as the hotel restaurant. During breakfast, we found a lot of ants in and around the cutleries used to serve the food. Then, we found several cockroaches roaming around the food especially at the bread station. I complained to the staff at the restaurant and at the front desk but they did not take my complaints with any seriousness. This was very dissapointing as it is directly related to basic cleanliness and hygiene. Furthermore, in our room the shower head was not functioning well and I reported this to the front desk and they sent maintenance to have a look. The maintenance personnel came to check and said this is not broken even when I showed him what the problem was. It was frustrating because it affected our stay experience. Hope all this can be rectified.
