Great locations near the city, great price, room is clean

Good location, just lack of room service, long waiting for our food order on 1st night there.

I stayed here for 2 nights and found the room to be decent for the price. Due to its location next to the main street, it can be a bit noisy at night, though my earplugs helped mitigate that issue. The food service, however, left much to be desired. For dinner, I ordered room service and ended up waiting over an hour. When I called to confirm my order, the receptionist was clearly surprised and asked who had received my order before—making me think that they may have forgotten to prepare it in the first place. Breakfast options were also disappointing, with little variety over the two days. Additionally, my eggs order was mixed up—I’m lactose intolerant and had specifically requested eggs with mushrooms and onions, but they came out with cheese. Overall, while the room was acceptable and the noise manageable, the food service and breakfast offerings need significant improvement.

It's an old-fashioned hotel. The room is spacious enough for parents and toddlers, but unfortunately, the bathroom is damp with no air circulation and smells musty.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind, they support check out in the first of the morning. But you could improve better in bathroom area, the smell, the rusty spot are visible.

mo wifi. dirty and stinky bedroom, there are 2 light bulb off. no hot water,, shower broken. the staff not change bed linen, pillow case, towel and everything. I complain then they change everything in the bed room. AC are very noisy. this is my first and my last to stay at this hotel. I have video but can't upload.

Overall good, just obsolete furniture need to refurbish.
