the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

The minute you reach you are greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Checking in was smooth and staff were extremely amazing. The breakfast buffet spread was extremely delicious. Thanks to the chef. For those who love nature, this is the place. Kids friendly atmosphere. We have to thanks again the kitchen staff for preparing us an early breakfast takeaways due to our early check out at 5am. Thanks to all the staff at Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel. Keep it up.

It's located at the center of the city with many options of culinary spot within 10 mins range by car or you can easily order it online. Superb clean accommodation and great service. The downside is only the basement parking space, but you can also park outdoor.

We got upgraded from Royal Pool Suite to Grand Spa Suite. The villa is spacious with dedicated dining area, spa bungalow and well maintained garden with views overlooking Menoreh Hills. In room dining and breakfast are available upon request. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, some remembered us by name. Several restaurants to choose from within the Plataran complex which is convenient. Would definitely come back here, thanks to Plataran Borobudur and all the staffs!

I stayed here for 2 nights and came there a litle bit late. Check in was very smooth and quick. The room was okay, except for the fact that there were some stains on the floor which I am not sure what it was. Other than that, all are okay. Was there for business trip and will definitely will come back again!
