Bathroom with no separation curtain between toilet and shower that caused wet all of the floor from overhead spray shower. It is dangerous slippery floor for people

Staffs were friendly but at 1st one of the staff gave us the wrong room (we found shoes and stuffs in that room) and then he gave us upgraded room, which is bigger and face the city

Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka – City Centre - Free Club Lounge Access– Free Wifi – Free Parking
We booked for the 2025 New Year staycation which in conjunction with Melaka hosting the World Tourism Day. We stayed at the Junior Suite which has 1 Queen Bed & 1 Single Bed. The parking was just behind the hotel which connected to the hotel. The room was excellent except for the wifi that come & goes at certain time. Overall, a good stay with excellent attraction surrounding the hotel; Mall, eateries etc. Definitely, will come again. Not to mentioned, excellent & friendly staff.
