From check-in to check-out, our stay at hotel harmoni exceeded all expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and spacious, the fitness facilities were great and the food was awesome!! The wine club bar was also cozy and inviting with a pool table.

HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam
Breakfast at Harris Cafe was terrible. The price was expensive. At 7 AM, my family and I went for breakfast. It was very crowded, and we were asked to pay first by the staff, but they didn’t check if there were available seats. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get a seat after paying.
Then, when we wanted to take food, most of it was already gone and not refilled. I asked the staff, and they said it would be refilled soon. We waited about 5 minutes before they refilled it. I noticed that the lontong sayur was finished, so I asked about it. The staff said it would be refilled, but after 10 minutes, they replaced it with some kind of rice instead.
At the drink station, I saw that after guests took their drinks and drank them there, they put their used glasses back in the area where drinks were served—and the hotel staff just left them there. WTH…
