My review: this place is great and comfortable. I came here for anniversay staycation. They provide wide parking lot, garden, swimming pool and fitnessplace. I love the room is so spacious. Got bathub, and mini walking closet. The staffs also so kind and informative. One thing I love the most is the breakfast, food is so delicious. Love it. My constructive feedback: you guys might want to add towel bars on the bathroom. So then we could hang the towel after use.

Building and room very large, royal hospitality, lux-classic atmosphere make me feels like inside Buckingham Palace. Bit suggestion to drop small spoon on the coffee maker, the other things is perfect.

I really enjoyed my staycation 1 night here. I go staycation because wanna have bubble bath and hot water for bath, this room is cheaper if compare with other place that have bathtub in the bathroom so really lucky I found this hehe. 1 night stay here, its been good time. You can still get breakfast even in fasting time for sahoor. The important is new hotel, everything likes new, smells new, clean and calm. The environment is okay and 24 hours due to near Pasar Second Jodoh, Mc DOnald, Mart and night market jodoh. Enough pricey for price in Pandemic covid-19, hopefully can stay here if any promo. HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam
Breakfast at Harris Cafe was terrible. The price was expensive. At 7 AM, my family and I went for breakfast. It was very crowded, and we were asked to pay first by the staff, but they didn’t check if there were available seats. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get a seat after paying.
Then, when we wanted to take food, most of it was already gone and not refilled. I asked the staff, and they said it would be refilled soon. We waited about 5 minutes before they refilled it. I noticed that the lontong sayur was finished, so I asked about it. The staff said it would be refilled, but after 10 minutes, they replaced it with some kind of rice instead.
At the drink station, I saw that after guests took their drinks and drank them there, they put their used glasses back in the area where drinks were served—and the hotel staff just left them there. WTH…
