Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We were a 10 person family group that stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a pleasant stay at De Paviljoen Bandung. Strategic location, all staffs were friendly and helpful (all of them!), rooms were clean, good facilities and the covid19 health protocols were applied in good manner as well. Breakfast menu and taste were also very good! I got a complimentary Birthday Cake surprise on our breakfast, it was a very pleasant experience stayed there, will be back again! - Please keep up the good work De Paviljoen!

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

Sindang Reret Hotel Ciwidey
Stayed 1 night during motor touring, arrived frm jkt around 7.30, good dinner but horrible during nite time, could not even sleep cause the sound of traffic as room was next to busy road that never sleep till dawn, good place for eating but horrible for staying. Instead relaxing what you got is stress and anxiety.
