Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

I have a great experience staying here. The quad room is spacious, clean, comfy, and have a very beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is nice and clean. The breakfast is good but a bit more variety will be much appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality especially Ms. Astrid at the reception, you're so helpful. Will be back for sure another time.

It was a great stay! The room was new, clean, and spacious. The restaurant was dope! They offered some traditional street food for breakfast, and I loved it! Above all, the staff were very responsive and kind. I stayed with my mom and we both enjoyed it a lot! Will definitely come back if I happen to visit Bandung again. Thank you the 101 Dago:).

Below my expectation for 4 star hotel, a whole day wifi trouble and it couldn't get be fixed till the time I checked out. The bed was so old, the ambience of room was so gloomy, nothing special.

Old less maintained hotel, the lights very gloomy, the bed sheets full of stains, the bathroom quite stinks, and their water, somehow makes our skin feels sticky.

The hotel is so old, abbandoned, and much broken furniture. Don't ask about wallpaper, it ' s so messed. The pool was dirty, dusty. The view is good, only the hotel is too old without proper maintenance. The building is too old, and tools are not properly packed. The lift was scary, always has crashing sound when it used.
