Best Hotels in Padjajaran

The location easy to find and slightly close to kebun raya bogor, many culinary that could be found sorround it, close to many distro. The staff very friendly. Reservation is easy and fast. I highly recommended for this hotel including the price, the place and the atmosphere.

I have really enjoyed the food, the staff, and the swimming pool area with the free karaoke. The room was small and without a good view, and the initial bedsheets were dirty. The shower was not cleaned during my stay, and the smell was a bit moldy.

All bad and yet very expensive. Not wort it

We were late check in since we arrived almost midnight. The reservation easy, the staff friendly. The room that we're order not suitable with two kid.

I book Room Deluxe double they give us Connecting room with bad soundproof room, the young couple with noise activity, we don't mind until bed time came, 11.30 pm, I contact resepsionist for scold the other Customer for their music volume and Singing outloud, I mean cmon this midnight dude you disturb other customer with that voice. After a while they went outside, and comeback Around 12.30 am and started chit chat loudly, my husband contact resepsionist and Order change room, thanks God They have The other room. We move the room in the midnight of our Anniversary celebration. Teribble experience but we appreciate the hotel for give us another room.

They need to improve the cleanliness, especially in dining areas. I found some cutleries still had stains. My room also had this cracked paperwall below the aircon. But the food and service were great
