My room is on 9th floor. The POP Room that I reserved was pretty large. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a deal breaker. I honestly very happy with my stay. The room staff also pretty nice and fast processing my order. The hotel is also adjacent with the Festival CItylink Mall.

The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room is clean, the air conditioner and cold air are very comfortable to rest. The bathroom is clean, complete toiletries, the shower works well, the soap and shampoo smells good. But I heard a sound from behind the wall of the room even though my room was at the very end and there was no room next to it, around 2 am. A little scared but overall the hotel is good. Thanks Tibera Hotel.. see you next time.

Kytos Hotel
Just one word: "disappointing"! We booked a junior suite and got the corner room on the ground floor. The AC was leaking, there was no view (opening the window only showed a wall), and the room was very damp. The building is old, parking is difficult—think twice before choosing this hotel!

Amaris Hotel Setiabudhi Bandung
we had a very bad and dangerous accident in the restaurant which my wife fallen on her back because of the wet floor and had not wiped or marked as wet surface. She hurt her back completely, almost fell with her head smashing to the floor. What Kind of hotel did not wipe their area clean???
After that the hotel had no emergency measures, Nor any Medical assistance whatsoever, and we had to walk to our room on our own. All the staffs just looked at us and Offer no assistance. I asked for an ICE pack and they came so late after 20 Minutes, with ice inside plastic bag!! What kind of hotel doesnt have an emergency medical assistance?? The manager even suggesting not to go to the hospital, and didn't even come to our our for a simple apology!
Really a very terrifying experience and serves as a notice for every guest that want to book This hotel.
obviously this hotel is NOT recommended at all!!

Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi
it's was a great experience stayed at this hotel. the only thing that we don't like is we have to pay extra 125 k for our son. although we know breakfast is just for 2 person, but just add 1 child have to cost more??
