Had my very first stay at this hotel and first impression was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all of them greeted me with a smile. The room is spacious. Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Initially, I was just looking for a place to sleep near Malang Station, but I ended up finding a place this comfortable 😆 The garden area creates a cool atmosphere and doesn't feel stuffy. The AC is there and cool, so after visiting Bromo, I immediately fell asleep comfortably. The staff is also very friendly and quick to help with any questions. The location is strategic, close to Malang Station. Honestly, for this price, it's really worth it. If I go to Malang, I will probably stay here again 👍

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
