I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.

We had a pleasure stay because the room exceeded our expectations. The complete modern facilities, cleanliness, vibes, security, staffs are doing their best job. We felt like home during our stay, we have all we need, I can cook and eat whatever I wanted, the bed is large and comfy, each lighting are adjustable, even the bathroom’s air conditioner can be set without interrupting main AC, the hot water always runs smoothly and we have Superindo just a walk away to buy our needs easily. The security guards even helped me crossing the busy road. I would definitely book an executive room again someday.

Feels like I’m in my habitat! Place is too awesome to tell - the staff are incredibly thoughtful! For the food! Oh my god I 100% assure you to try! Even the jajan pasar snacks are so good! All the parts of this place are incredible! Feels like I don’t wanna move out to someplace else. I’m staying at the 3 floor level without anything to worry about cause the crew are stand by me 24 hours. The bar have these international wine collection and we can purchase them in glass. Even they deliver it to my room as requested. Hotel tugu malang, I left piece of my heart inside on your amazing antique collection! Definitely coming back soon!

I stayed for the new years eve. I searched for available hotels near the city center two days before, and found some good deals in Majapahit Hotels. The reservation went fast, I got great service from the receptionists and staffs. The strategic location was perfect for spending joyful event, without feeling disturbed because the room location was quiet far from the festival. The room was huge and comfortable, with beautiful and classic design, equipped with beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. I went swimming, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was nice, with wide range of choice from local and international menus. The checkout process went fast. Generally speaking, it was worth the price to stay at this 5-stars and historical hotel.

My priority is cleanliness, and favehotel Rungkut provides it. For a budget hotel, it has always been my top preference whenever staying in Surabaya. The fact that it's close to Transmart Rungkut adds to more convenience to those staying at the hotel. Room is not soundproof but comfortable enough. For the food, some dishes are good enough while some others need more improvement, but overall it's decent 😊🤍

Ascent Hotel & Cafe Malang (Formely Maxone Ascent Hotel Malang)
The hotel is located near the city center and has a minimarket beside it. However, there aren’t many food options in the area. Guests are asked for a deposit but can't asked for a spare access card. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the rooftop on level 8.
What upset me was the female staff member I spoke to when I asked about the possibility of a late checkout. She refused in a rude manner. I believe she could have communicated it more politely.
