I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Breakfast choice and taste are not up to a good standard. But other experiences are amazing. The bed is amazing and the room is super clean. I feel safe staying here during a pandemic.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

I had an amazing night stayed here with my family. The villa was great and felt like home.

What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

The price is affordable. Room is clean, near to highway. Staff are friendly. Love to stay here again.

This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.
