Always love staying here because the location is right in the heart of Medan city. Easy to get food cause it nears culinary places. Staffs all very helpful. Room and bathroom are clean.

We stayed here in a hurry because we were affected by the flood. We came around 11 am with a toddler and a baby who was fussy at the time because he was sick. At the front desk we were handled by Elza. We were very lucky and grateful because Elza paid attention to us who were overwhelmed by our fussy baby. We didn't wait long and were allowed to check in early. We are very grateful for it. Breakfast was very delicious, there were so many variety of food. For a moment we forgot that we were in a bad situation. We will definitely come back to stay here and try another room type, because we stayed in Superior. The size of the room and bed were quite small.

I enjoy the services in this hotel. very friendly staff, nice, spacious and very clean room, delicious food, serene ambience, and many things.

The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Great ambience, the swimming pool is good but not for the space. Breakfast really tasty yet some dishes are salty.

The food for breakfast was still amazing. However, only 2 adults was available for free. Unfortunately child above 5 had to pay. It wasn't the case when I was here when it was Grand Swiss Bell in.
