The hotel very god and extra good.

Overall a good stay at a rather modern hotel. 3 star hotel but probably could be 4. Family suite was really huge and the breakfast had one of the best spreads we had. However, beautiful on the surface there were issues on a closer look. There was a smell in the room, especially the bathroom. The suite was not very well cleaned - dressing table still had fake lashes from the previous guest. Jacuzzi could not work the water was yellowish and with a smell.

We stayed here in a hurry because we were affected by the flood. We came around 11 am with a toddler and a baby who was fussy at the time because he was sick. At the front desk we were handled by Elza. We were very lucky and grateful because Elza paid attention to us who were overwhelmed by our fussy baby. We didn't wait long and were allowed to check in early. We are very grateful for it. Breakfast was very delicious, there were so many variety of food. For a moment we forgot that we were in a bad situation. We will definitely come back to stay here and try another room type, because we stayed in Superior. The size of the room and bed were quite small.

Good location, complete facilities. Will be better if hotel re-new the TV with smart TV, so guest can enjoy the new entertainment type: youtube, mirror screen with HP to enjoy netfix etc.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties and I like the bread and pastry corner.
