I had the most pleasant stay here with my friends. The staff was so understanding and helping. Check in time was earlier because I have to decor the room for my friend’s anniversary surprise. The room very big, neat and beautiful.

Staff are pleasant and helpful. The Executive King room is cozy, clean and new with many lightings that you couldn’t find in most hotels. The room has a beautiful Sarawak river and city view. The location is in the centre of the city. 1 minute to India street and 1 minute to the China Town. Couldn’t ask for more!

Imperial Hotel Kuching
I stay for three days. All is great but they never change my quilt on my stay. They just tidy up but not changing it. The facility great but the steam got a loop hole on the door making steam room not hot enough.

Everything good in this hotel, but it 's just about the house keeping didn't clean up the room. The reception already tell them to clean up and changes everything. But they not doing it.
