The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities as stated. One thing I really liked was their smart TV, instead of just being able to surf the usual TV channels, I was able to connect my phone to the TV and play my own YouTube videos and shows from my phone, which I thought was quite cool. The hotel didn't feel congested or overcrowded at all despite the concierge informing us that they were almost fully booked that day, which was nice. They had a good breakfast spread-quite a variety of choices from oriental to american breakfast. Location was amazing as well! Right in the city centre-just right across the road from the MRT (City Hall) and near food places (Chijmes) and a mall (Raffles City), it was a breeze getting food and going to shop. Overall a 5/5 stay and would love to come back again!

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. ๐๐ผ

I was delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise! The upgraded accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out for maximum comfort. The service throughout my stay was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse range of options. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia exceeded all my expectations. Really loved the stay and service! Had some issues with the room and Nicole offered to upgrade our room to the next category (Marina Bay view room to Collyer suite) and even asked if we wanted to take a look first since the view would be compromised. The suite was so much better than having a room with a view, thanks so much for the hospitality. They even brought the key card up to us and offered to help us move. The free wine given was also so splendid, the moving was all but a minor inconvenience and we so loved and enjoyed the suite room. We were also allowed an even later check out of 6pm -> 8pm. This is my third time in Fullerton and would definitely come here again! Dining here was awesome and we enjoyed the food thoroughly too. Facilities also is always top-notch. Loved the pool and gym facilities and use of sauna.

I spent my honeymoon here and it was really satisfying! They upgraded my room into the suite one. Everything was beautiful and thoughtful, the room (included bathroom) was very clean, the breakfast was awesome, and it's very near to the station (only 1 min away!). I really had the most pleasant stay in here and if I go back to Sentosa, I will stay again at this hotel :)

Extremely great location as it is located at the heart of the town area. A perfectly great venue for staycation for couples and friends going for shopping for long hours! I've had the most awesome experience here. As it was a day after my birthday, the guest relations officer wished me a belated birthday. She even arranged for a cake to be sent up to the room and extended the in room dining for us. The room was absolutely beautiful and the sun shone through in the morning. The balcony was a great place to chill and just enjoy the cool night air. Amenities were great, communications was fast and everything was efficient through email or QR code scanning. The buffet breakfast was really good as there was a lot to choose from. For those with kids, it is a great place to book and bond as I saw a lot of families and there were activities to keep them occupied. You guys should really try this place out!

We absolutely loved the stay. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and much fancier than what I was used to. There were robes, nice room slippers (not at all cheap and flimsy), a clean kettle, an assortment of mugs and (wine) glasses, and even a selection of pillows (including a bolster) that could be delivered to your room upon request. The toilet was in its own cubicle with super thick toilet paper and a phone (presumably for when you run out of toilet paper). The toiletries looked and smelled good, and the hairdryer worked great (it was just as strong as my beloved Dyson). Their mobile app was useful too. I had read in older reviews that you're supposed to check in using their app, so I went ahead and downloaded it a few days in advance. The app was a little bit confusing, but I managed to figure it out. You can "pre-register" the day before, but can only properly check-in once you're at the hotel and connected to the hotel WiFi. I did the pre-registration, and when we got there, the check-in was very quick and easy. From there on, I could just open the app on my phone to access the key (which you also need in the lift). No worries about lost key cards (unless you lose your phone). The pool area was beautiful. Some of the pool chairs and cabanas were a little bit dirty, but I was fine with that. The towels (which they hand you before you enter the pool) were nice and clean, so you could lay those over the chair before putting your stuff down. I spent more time on the lounge chairs in the wading pool anyway. I loved the openness of the sky, the architecture of the suites, and the planes flying overhead every now and then. They were the main reasons I chose to spend my SRV vouchers at this hotel, and it was worth every cent. If there was a reason I wouldn't go back, it would be that I'd like to try out other places first. I highly recommend this place to anybody with a slightly bigger budget looking for a nice staycation.

The service is excellent. We were able to early check in and late check out. Location is great. Walking distance to Havelock MRT station (Thomson-East Coast Line) and Bus station. Many Restaurants at the back of the hotel, also could walk to Clarke Quay area (around 2km). The food is super delicious with many choices! Highly recommend to add breakfast in your booking!

It was a pleasant stay. The location is superb: near malls for meals and shopping, near the bus stop, near the MRT station. The check-in/out process is also swift, we can do it by ourselves. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, even though it's cramped, but it has all your needs! (It even has a steam iron and its board, very convenient). Not much variety on breakfast, but it's OK:)

Indian staff and the tall women is very friendly and informative , not like other in receptionist, he informed that we can filled water in second floor and help us with everything. Other staff is not patient explain us if we have question, not because we can not speak english but because their english so hard to listen. So when you stay there and like to ask with satisfied answer wait the Indian staff ๐๐๐
