The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter surrounded by lots of food stalls and shops. The highlight is actually the hotel staff, they are super helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home and not to mention the amazing hot breakfast they make every morning - the pho they cook, is amazing! Will come back here again for sure.

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation (duong restaurant, only a walk away!) and cold towel + tea when we came. The room for 3 had 3 separate beds, balcony, closet, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and no problems! Staff were patient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Amazing value, location, staff, accommodation, and food. Will definitely stay again!

Golden Diamond Hotel
Hotel is clean, big space for triple room. Breakfast is quite poor, there is not water free in the room. The WC smells so bad that the most thing I felt annoyed. However, location and the other things is great.

Hanoi La Cascada House & Travel

My experience was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot praise the front-liner teams enough. From the moment I arrived, the front-liner staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly welcoming and quick to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm hospitality and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently provided excellent service, helpful recommendations, or just a friendly smile and conversation. The uncle is very cute and pleasant. Rooms are quite cozy and lovely. If I stayed with my friends to go out late at night, my uncle and aunt would happily open the door without grumbling and grumbling. Should be here, mng.
