This is a wonderful property. The room was very large, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned and spacious. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and very hospitable. They always greeted me and smiled every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by local Vietnamese restaurants, and just a short walk to the noisy Hanoi Old Quarter. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Had a really pleasant stay at Mayflower. All the staffs are very friendly especially Daniel on the front desk. You will be given a travelling advice once you arrived at the hotel. The hotel lobby is not that spacious, but everything just goes right with the friendly staffs. The hotel room is almost same like in the picture. However, some of the bathroom facilities was old already but still functioned. The location is very strategic since it is located in the middle of city. Very good area to stay in if you are first timer in Hanoi (so many great restaurants you can reached only by walking) Thank you Mayflower!

Golden Diamond Hotel
Hotel is clean, big space for triple room. Breakfast is quite poor, there is not water free in the room. The WC smells so bad that the most thing I felt annoyed. However, location and the other things is great.

I recently stayed at Hanoi La Cascada House & Travel from September 8th to 11th, 2024, in the Deluxe Double/Twin Room with Window. My experience was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot praise the front-liner teams enough. From the moment I arrived, the front-liner staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly welcoming and quick to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm hospitality and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently provided excellent service, helpful recommendations, or just a friendly smile and conversation. Camel City Hotel
I booked a room, when they came to the hotel they took me to see the room. Minh was extremely annoyed when he saw the room was too small, only to fit the bed and left a meter left. It was horrible, then I had to pay more in exchange for another room with a larger area. I will never go back to this hotel.
