Apartment in Genteng

The staff are friendly, the price is budget-friendly, but unfortunately, the breakfast is a meal box. This should have been mentioned on the menu.

I'm very disappointed since the hotel room I stayed smelly and the bathroom condition very old and low maintenance. On the website shows four stars hotel but the actual hotel totally opposite. I will not recommend my friends or family to stay there until the hotel can do refurbishment or short the hotel internal issues out.

Overall the experience was good. Fast ci co, room was cool, meal was OK and perfect location. Only needs carpark for the best value.

Easy check. In and check out. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast are so so. But the room are clean and spacious. Can be considered as budgeted hotel.

Good location and facility. But need to be more concern on bed cleanliness, noticing some spot on the linens.

Many things to do for this hotel.
