Humble Staff Mrs. Dinar and Cozy Room Hotel in Town.

Location: excellent. Room: standard. Clealiness: standard. Bathroom: toothbrush dirty. Room: AC louvre to dirty (bad), it is not clean. Meal: good 👍 (take away).

The atmosphere, staff, rooms and facilities were great. We like the room layout, chairs, desk etc, which felt very comfortable. The only critique I can make would be about their Gym facilities. The room had no air conditioning and felt quite dusty front office. The carpeted floors. The equipment was pretty old but still functional. We enjoyed the outdoor pool though.

Good price. Good location. Just the toilet need to be maintained more.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Very convinient to walk to the mall or th city central. The location is also very close to the nice supermarket and to the train station. The staff are very friendly and there are complimentary drinks such as cokes and minerals in the room. Unfortunately, there are not so much space for car park. But overall the hotel itself is really nice and comfortable to stay.

Swiss-belinn 's staff hotel is very friendly and whenever I asked for help, they immediately respond with kindness and smile. I liked that. For the breakfast, I'd say the taste was very good. I enjoyed my breakfast for 2 days night stay. For the food variation, maybe they could improve it bit more. I have no complain about the room, it was pretty clean. I asked for a city view, high floor, and it doesn't disappoint me. But I would like to point out the hotel 's towel. It was so hard, stiff and had a bit of stain on it. So I had to use my own towel. They need to pay attention to that. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you, swiss belinn!

Nice place to stay, low budget, large room, close from the down town of surabaya.

Hotel is now rundown and not so clean, would not return here.

The location is very strategic from the Alun-alun Surabaya and the vfs global office is just a walk away. Clean and welcome, just a bit noisy, the noise from guests closing the door is very loud. Others are very comfortable.
