The staff was very friendly, the security was helpfully, and have a wheelchair.

I stayed in room 243, they make 2 single bed into 1 bed without informing me. In the middle of the night, I woke up, there are space in between. I stayed several times and I am very disappointed with my last stay here. At least havr the decency to tell me when I check in, if you have room higher I probably will upgrade. Please no more this kind of NONSENSE of giving 2 single bed make into 1 and called it a single bed!

Had a pleasant stay at Harris Hotel Kelapa Gading, Room was clean and big, bed was comfy, and location was awesome with direct access to Mall Kelapa Gading. One negative is the room service. On the day of the check in, there's only 1 hotel slippers, it took more than 30 minutes and I had to call one more time until I got my slippers. And also, the next day I don't want my room to be cleaned, so I just asked the staffs on my floor if I can change my 2 used towels to clean towel. He only had 1 towel available, so he asked me to wait for 1 more towel. I waited almost 1 1/2 hour till the towel arrived 😅 Other than that, it was a great stay.

Biasa banget ga usah ekspektasi tinggi.

Hotelnya strategis dibawah banyak makanan. Hanya saja kamar nya kurang bersih terawat. Banyak anak kecoa dan ga ada wifi.
