all the servants are very friendly and informative, the place is comfortable and beautiful. there is a very beautiful iswari exhibition. there is also a very beautiful dance performance. and you can take pictures with the dancers. it is very memorable to visit here.

Even though you have bought a traveloka ticket, you still have to queue normally to exchange the bracelet. It would be better if there was a separate counter for online.

The purchased voucher must be exchanged at the counter to get a bracelet as an entrance ticket, the process is very fast, the staff is very communicative, you are not allowed to wear flip-flops (you must take them off if you want to go inside), because if you come on Wednesday there is a wayang performance

Very crowded with school groups. No guide available and we just wandered around for 45 mins and we went out. we were expecting a guide that can explain the history of this great and the most important place in Yogyakarta.

review in my opinion is good, can add history about some Javanese customs and anything about the history of the Yogyakarta Palace. Currently the palace is also holding a contemporary exhibition that is open until August 25, 2024. Abhimantrana is a traditional ceremony from the Yogyakarta palace. In terms of staff I think they are friendly, for those who bring large items (backpackers) must be required to leave their items located on the left side of the entrance.
