Datang saat jam pagi agar dapat menikmati kunjungan dengan lebih santai. I came around 8:15 and can enjoy the place for myself. It’s my third time in here and still enjoy the place regardless. The main reason I’m coming here is because of the temporary exhibition, Kongsi. This exhibition will close on May. I also saw that there will be another temporary exhibition soon on April. I am in here for around 2 hours and can observe each artifact slowly. Really recommended.

I went on Sunday afternoon, the crowd was dominated by families with kids. There's a free tour guide by schedule if you're interested, it takes around 1 hour. The place is huge, you should wear your comfy shoes. There is only 1 canteen in the basement, they're selling snacks and drinks with affordable prices. You should try ImersifA. You can buy the ticket online (there's a quota for every session). Each session is for 30 minutes, but the show only takes around 15 minutes, somehow they give you time to take photos. I had a fun experience there and also lots of good pictures :)

There is a prayer room downstairs and food vendors. For InersiFa museum tickets must be ordered H-1 online. The rest of this place is really fun to spend time with family.

The museum is cool, the indoor area is fully air-conditioned so you don't have to worry about getting too hot. It's better to come here in the afternoon, so the outdoor area isn't too hot.

Booked my ticket to the Kongsi Exhibition at Museum Nasional through app Experience — and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. The interface was intuitive, the ticketing info was clear, and I loved that I could choose my preferred time slot effortlessly. The e-ticket worked perfectly at the entrance with no hiccups. The exhibition itself was thoughtfully curated, and having the logistics handled smoothly by app made the visit even more enjoyable. Would definitely use app Experience again for future cultural outings.

Staff very friendly and really helpful. Although I have been here before, but because of the new layout after the renovation, everything feels new. The exhibition space also looks luxurious and elegant. The multimedia used is not inferior to museums abroad. Quite comparable to the price paid. But there are indeed some special exhibition spaces that have to be paid again such as Imersifa and the Kongsi exhibition space. In addition, in my opinion, the room instructions are not clear enough. Overall, it is quite wild and highly recommended to invite friends/relatives from outside the city or abroad to come here.
