I requested to clean my room when I leaved. But it not happened yet when I back to my room. I asked for mineral water and new towel but it come so long. Please increase your service. If you need more time or cannot do the job at that time just tell the guest from the beginning. So they will not dissappointed.

Lokasi bagus 500 m jalan ke Tunjungan plaza dan sekitar banyak makanan khas Surabaya. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamar sangat dingin dan ac tdk bisa diapakan dan kaca kamar mandi sedikit kotor. Kamar sangat kecil. Secara keseluruhan lumayan dengan harga kamar. Sarapan kurang enak.

Pengalaman menginap disini nyaman, hanya saja luas kamarnya kurang luas, sehingga ruang gerak agak terbatas. Dalam kamar terdapat ac, TV, meja, kursi, gantungan baju, air mineral 2 botol, gelas. Untuk kamar mandi terdapat 2 handuk, sabun. Sikat gigi dan sandal disediakan hanya 1. Air panasnya kurang mantap, dan showernya kurang kencang, sedikit rusak meleber pancurannya. Sarapannya kurang variatif dan kurang berasa. Parkiran mobil aman luas, tidak tumpuk tumpukan. Cocok untuk 1-2 malam menginap disini, dekat dengan area Tunjungan

Was a nice experience to stay a night here. Friendly, clean, comfortable, and thoughtful service because they gave us the connecting rooms which we didn't request but we actually needed them. Good job! Thank you!
