The bellboy staff upon arrival were very quick to help with our luggage, when checking in I was greeted warmly by Ms. Friska and given a free slice of cake, because I didn't stay in the room just to rest for a while and put my stuff down because I was going to Bromo the next day, the next afternoon when I got home the room had been cleaned by Mr. Faiz so I came home tired and could immediately rest comfortably, I was also always helped by Ms. Aurel in the Concierge section, Thank you for the experience🙏will come back here when visiting Surabaya☺️

Being able to check in at 12:15 was quite helpful for us who were from outside Surabaya. It's just that the information on the lobby floor location is not easy to find in front of the elevator entrance from the 6th floor parking lobby of the mall (confused about pressing the elevator up/down button when wanting to go to the reception lobby).

This is the umpteenth time I have chosen to stay here because I am satisfied with the friendliness of all the staff starting from the FO, room service staff to the restaurant manager who is very friendly. There are several names that I remember, namely Mr. Hendro in the bag room service and Ms. Lena in the restaurant manager. Anyway, next time we will definitely come again.
