The hotel staff are all friendly, the check-in process is fast, the location is strategic, but yesterday I got room no. 538, the AC was not cold enough even though the temperature was 16°. Please maintain the AC because I stayed twice and got a room with AC that was not cold enough.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable place to relax. The breakfast menu was incredibly varied, offering a wide range of delicious options. Every dish I tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The staff is super helpful and kind. The breakfast is really delicious even though there aren't many choices. It's mainly Indonesian food. You have to try the soto ayam. It's really delicious.
