My 1st Pop hotel that very well maintaince.

No proper parking area for car.

I contacted several marketing for meeting purposes at Harris, but"almost all of them were very slow in replying or responding to my WhatsApp messages!"There was only one marketing person who was very fast and immediately responded to my meeting needs, namely Mr. Abdul Malik. So thank you to Mr. Malik! My review for the room and meeting room: I stayed for 4 days for a meeting on the 5th floor. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit, cold air conditioning, and other room facilities were also very good. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu every day. The meeting room I used was also very good with very well-maintained cleanliness and a clear projector display. The coffeebreak and lunch menu during the meeting was also delicious and quite varied. If there is another meeting in the Kelapa Gading area, I will definitely go to Harris again and will only contact Mr. Abdul Malik who helped me a lot. Thanks.

The staff were really amazing, very approachable, happy to help with any issues. The rooms definitely are not sound proof, I complained 3 nights in a row for noisey neighbors after midnight. Air con in my two rooms was not cold even though it was set to 16. The bathroom was tight for space when taking a shower, In my second room there was a water leak in the bathroom and the water was not draining, it also had a bad smell when I first went in. It looks better in the pictures online, it 's cozy but looks a little run down in some spots. Overall a decent stay for the price.

Hopefully no more people are fooled by the pictures posted. Room like a grave 2x1 m. What is clear is that expectations do not match reality.

The closed faucet leaked, the bathroom was flooded, the air conditioner was not cold, drinking water was not feasible.
