Please fix the elevator and adjust the availability of rooms to the order that has been ordered through Traveloka
Yesterday we ordered 2 non-smoking rooms but were given only 1 room and 1 smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was very strong.
Had to go to the receptionist again to ask to move rooms. This should not have happened because we had booked 2 non-smoking rooms well in advance

Check-in at 14:00 (according to the app) we had to wait until 16:30 to enter the room. When we arrived at the room, the bathroom smelled of urine and we had to wait hours for the AC to cool down. Please pay attention to the preparation next time. The breakfast refill was as long as the queue for basic necessities.
