The lobby has a nice aromatherapy smell. Room is spacious, bed is so comfy. Location is strategic to many coolest coffee shops.

I stayed at Artotel Surabaya for 11 days. After breakfast, I always got my room already cleaned up and neat every single day. They provided a very comfort bed. There are various of dishes for breakfast. The staffs are excellent and kind. They took the extra mile to make sure I was known personally and get all I need. I've been stayed at many different hotels in many dofferent cities in Indonesia, but for me, Artotel Surabaya is very impressive for a 3 stars hotel. Well done guys!

I rate it 5 because I am being considerate with the staffs' hospitality. Everyone was so kind, from security staff to housekeeping team, and the location was very strategic, but some parts need huge improvement. 2 nights stay and I experienced more than 15 times electricity short circuit? They changed the room card but it still happened? Not to mention the bed sheet has some dirty spots and I only got 1 toothbrush/day? Is it not visible that I came with my family? The water kettle in the room also broke; it could not be heated at all. Before adding some sweet touch like snacks in the room and cute shirt-like folded laundry bag, please I just don't want to feel the eerie sudden blackout in the middle of the night, repeatedly. Also the aircon in the lobby leaked. I slipped. There was no sign. Also no following ups.

Stay here for stop over after work trip, staff are friendly, polite and fast response.. check in less than 5 minutes, hotel is very nice set up for the price … sure will stay here next trip ..
