Apartment in Cihampelas

Very family friendly, lots of activities, only lack of parking lot but overall enjoyable.

Got room 2089. Few homework for this room. AC leaked, electric kettle busted, electric sockets lose making hard to plug charger. TV is too small. Other than that, I think it's an OK room.

Good service, good location, clean hotel.

The hotel's location was actually very good, strategically located across one of the infamous Ciwalk shopping center. It was only 1 km from a few intercity shuttles Dipati Ukur drop off. Added bonus for only 3 km away from the newest and so hip 23 Paskal mall. It was also only a walking distance from food stalls and various restaurants. Reception attendant was very helpful and informative. However, the in-room facilities were in need of attention badly, since the carpet had a terrible odor and the warm shower was not working at all.

Booked with breakfast but no breakfast available

The chicken was burnt and dry, and there was a lack of variety. Last time was better.

This was my second stay; The first one is a lot better. This time I got a room with very limited daylight and the bathroom door facing the bed.:(
