Hotels near Eureka Skydeck

Bad service at the reception! No one pick up my phone when I try to call for make up room. When I came down, they were actually just do nothing! Requesting for make up room, but they don't do that and let my room dirty for 2 days! The next day when they clean the room, they just left the dirty glass and only change the bed sheet. Nothing else! This will be my first and last time to stay at Mercure Southbank Mercure. Reception is not helpful at all!

Room was spacious, clean, easy access to public tram, walking distance to crown casino. Few restaurants was near by.

The location is perfect, if you are a shopper addict, this is the best place to shop at dfo south Wharf exactly next to the hotel especially at the end of December for Boxing Day 🤗

Excellent, close to Yara river, DFO, sunset view, restaurants, hang out places, convention centre (MECC) and Crown. The hotel so clean and comfort, services excellent.

Heater not working, was cold, and I asked for extra blankets they brought Me a blanket for single bed was still not enough.

The parking building was so small, the receptionist is not 24 hr, you need to go to another apartment to check in. Room was just like the picture.

Good hotel and friendly staff especially May at front office, she was very helpful. Thanks.
