Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

really awesome place, 2 TV in the room, awesome city view, bathtub feels great (can't get hot water for the bathtub but that can be tricked though). some food tastes absolutely great, too bad it didn't refill quickly, and some need a little bit more seasoning. great experience anyway

This hotel is on top of the mall, so if you forgot to bring something, you'll just go downstairs and to the mall. The room is spacious, clean, but the walls are a bit thin. I can hear some noise from the next room. Oh and it is near airport, so you could hear planes flying in and out sometimes.

Old a hotel but well maintained, and the room was old but clean. You can still feel some of their excellent feature, especially the soundproof room. They have smoking floors, but they put some air purifiers in places so that it doesn't smell like smoke. The swimming pool was great for a small kid, easy access to the mall, breakfast buffets were great with a lot of options but slow to refill. The staff were great and helpful, and they diligently remind guests to wear masks and maintain health protocol which was really great. Overall a pleasant stay will be happy to come back.

we spent one night and we had a good one, thanks to holiday inn suites.. it took only about 5 min to check in and they offering us a baby bed for free because the front liner notice that we have a baby with us. The room is spacious and clean, wifi also good, the swimming pool is open again and we have a good time there. Don't worry about food options while you are there, because the hotel is next to a mall and they have a private entrance so very easy for us to find something to eat. All the crew were nice and helpful, so again we have a good staycation at holiday inn suites gajah mada

Not deserving 3 star Hotel at all, everything was so wrong. Salty tap water, cracked wall, peeled paint, slippery bathroom floor, mould pillow, only 2 towel and 2 pillow with blanket. When ask extra towel the staff said don't have (whatt?) is more like the motel to be honest. Not gonna return again, lucky only stay for transit.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle so that is very helpful. Although the room was small, it was suitable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would come back should I need to. They could just pay a little more attention to cleaning in terms of dust in the hotel room.
