I stayed here from February 1 to February 2, 2025. In the morning, while I was still sleeping, there was construction work happening above my room. I was woken up by the loud noise of hammering and a drill machine, making it impossible to sleep any longer. I called the receptionist multiple times and even went down to the lobby to report the issue, but the work continued. The staff did not inform me during check-in that there would be construction during my stay. I hope the hotel can provide a better solution for guests, such as not assigning rooms directly below those undergoing maintenance.

It was a great time staying at kristal with my friends. We do a little housing baby shower for one of our preggo friend. Luckyly, at first we order the the studio suite but at the time we check in our room are automatically updgraded into 1 room suite because of the full occupancy of the studio suite. We do happy and gretefull for this surprise upgrade. Thank you. We absolutely getting back here again sometimes with our friends or family. Late to mention, the room is all in good condition and very clean. Good job.

All good for staycation with friends and Family

was put in a room with broken aircon. took 3 painfully sleepy hours to move. the new room’s netflix’ troubled but i had no more energy to request another move. pretty disappointed actually
