We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

We were a 10 person family group that stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a pleasant stay at De Paviljoen Bandung. Strategic location, all staffs were friendly and helpful (all of them!), rooms were clean, good facilities and the covid19 health protocols were applied in good manner as well. Breakfast menu and taste were also very good! I got a complimentary Birthday Cake surprise on our breakfast, it was a very pleasant experience stayed there, will be back again! - Please keep up the good work De Paviljoen!

We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

For a local brand hotel, Grand Tebu has achieved our standard requirement for family staycation (their loft family room is a must try, OK for strategic location, good breakfast (should try their banana fritters on their"gorengan"stall very sweet and lucky me I also got their fried pineapple 👍 oh ya. They also provided made to order cotton candy) and nice rooftop pool). Perhaps the parking space issue is a common problem. And also there are soo many delicious food that can be ordered via online apps. Overall will come and visit this hotel again and will recommend it to others.

Friendly staff. Nice and simple room. Only for sleeping purpose is good enough. The only bad thing is the wifi couldn’t be accessed from inside room, so you have to go out of room to get its access.
