Large buffet, good strategic location for downtown main hospitals, services, shopping centers. Rooms with pool view are more quiet and large, including tiny but functional terrace. No working space available, but some meetings rooms for larger events. Basement parking for the car

Staff are friendly. It would be better if there was an a la carte breakfast options for people who booked the room without breakfast so you don't have to pay 95K for 2 items (which are bread and fried eggs).

Booked 2 rooms pool view. The pool was clean and the garden near the pool was nice. The breakast was not great in variety but it was OK for the taste

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience! We requested an early check-in (around 11 AM) to attend a wedding at noon, and the staff was so kind to prioritize the first available room for us. We stayed in the Garden Chalet, which had a nice semi-outdoor bathroom—though a bit dated, it was clean, functional, and cozy. The garden is well-maintained, with staff tending to it every morning. There’s a direct beach access where you can swim, and locals offer surfing lessons nearby. The breakfast buffet was decent, with slight variations each day. We also tried room service and some dishes from the restaurant—everything was delicious! Plus, booking through Traveloka gave us a 15% discount on food and drinks, automatically applied, which was a nice bonus. The pool was big and clean, everything in the hotel felt well-cared for. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay in Senggigi, I highly recommend staying here!

I booked the superior room with double bed and non-smoking room. • There was a technical issue during our check in, the double bed was unavailable, but when I requested to change then they made it available. I’ve no idea why the staff provided us the twin bed earlier but they merged it, instead of providing us the double bed on the 1st place. • Their breakfasts have a lot of variants, bread, eggs, and Indonesian foods, but please provide fresh fruits instead. • The staffs are nice, helpful, but somehow they gave us the answers with hesitation. • The hotel most likely like villa and comfy, the thing that needs to be upgraded is having safe lift and floors for guests. It’s a bit dangerous for old ppl. • The location was closed to Senggigi point, and can ride 30min to go around Mataram. We also can go around by grab or motorcycle to enjoy beach club around Senggigi.
