The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very supporting and humble. I had a problem with my booking earlier on but with the help from Traveloka + the front officers, Mr. Aldo & Me. Gerry that problem is solved satisfactory. My 3 days stays at this place is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience staying here. I requested for a small birthday decoration and they fulfilled it. Thumbs up for that. One thing that I'd like to note is that there's still room for improvements regarding the breakfast. But overall, it's nice staying here. I'll definitely comeback.

The bedsheet and pillow sheet is somehow a bit grey to dark. Including the towel. It made me a bit anxious.

First: The towels are not clean. Second: There are a lot of insects. Third: The bathroom bidet does not work. Fourth: The air conditioner is not cold, only air. Fifth: There is no window or ventilation hole in the room.
