Customer service: fast response, friendly, helpful. Wifi connection: fast, indihome remote hard to control. Swimming pool: well maintained, open during pandemic with limited to 5 people. Recommend to get room by the pool at 2nd floor for easy access to the pool. Please be warned that the 2nd floor is a smoking area. So the alleyway outside the front door rooms smell like a cigarette a little bit. But the room smell was fine. Didn't smell any cigarette inside room or the pool. Air conditioning: cold, working perfectly. Shower water: adjustable. Cold / warm / hot, pleasant bathroom experience. Asthetics: homey design, peaceful and calming mood. Location: there's not many places to go on foot nearby the hotel but at least its located on a quiet street. Just stayed at the hotel most of the time. Price: best money values spend for that peace of mind. Bed quality: perfect, sturdy, soft. Food service: there's restaurant called outpost at the lobby which open 24/7 for hotel visitor, tried pizza and it was nice, price little bit at the top for some food and average for others. Caffe latte caramel is nice. Will definitely come here again once a while when I'm bored at home.

Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. I had amazing stay (non overnight) here. All stafs were so helpful. At first, I was so reluctant and not convinced due to many bad reviews for this property. So I decided to call prior check in and the front office offered me for showing unit. Mba Ardilla from front office was really helpful before and during my stay. They assisted and accommodate our needs very well. They also had a room service to check whether we have everything's covered. One thing I think they should improve is lighting in the hallway. It was really dark and they don't have any room directory so guest can easily lost if not being directed. Marveoulous Suite room we booked has a very large living room and nice interior as it was recently renovated. Definitely will be back again and hope to get the same service.

I ordered triple mushroom pizza, beef tongue spagetthi and french fries with topping. The taste are really good! Never fails me since years ago. Btw, I was selected the standard room with pool access but at dawn there's another guests that yell at 2-3AM that made my husband and I feel annoyed. Well, OK then. At least the foods are fine.

Bar is OK, pool table is OK, howevee neet to change the carpet. The rest are good, food at bar are Fine. Swimming pool is OK. Need to have separation on kids area and adult area. Room is OK, old furnish electronic it might be good if renew. All are OK.
