This was one of my best trips ever! The owner Agus was one of the best hosts that I have ever experienced in a hotel! Before we got there I had WhatsApp contact with him to arrange a tour + tour guide for the weekend, he always answered very fast and clear. Anything is possible if you ask him and he will honestly do anything to make you feel at home in the hotel, which we did! Also, food was amazing! Agus was cooking new stuff all the time and let us try typical Indonesian things. I would recommended anyone to go here and do the tour! It is truly amazing and breathtaking!

We are very grateful to d'primahotel and it's staff. When we checked in the staff upgraded us to a free deluxe suite. I like the comfort and the way the room was made. We got free access to the swimming pool and the food was good. The Christmas decoration was also very appealing.
