The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

We stayed at Ibis for wedding celebration and the staff makes extra efforts to decorate the room for the happy couple, they really pleased with their room and able to fully rested. The hotel location is perfect for The Sunday Market (Pasar Tumpah) so it will be good to do some browsing.

The hotel is nice, we stayed in triple room for 3 nights. The room is spacious and nice! but the variety of b'fast need to be improved and please provide a small fridge in the room. One of the best healing places. Very private compare to the other Glamping site. Decent breakfast, nice lunch and dinner. Bathroom has water heater. Definitely will repeat!

Actually, I really enjoy the atmosphere at Bobocabin Pangalengan, from the tea plantation to the mist and the very cold weather. For the room in my opinion, enough for two people. However, it’s quite unfortunate that there were so many flies in my room. I got room number 31, which is on the bottom cabin and the farthest from the view, as I couldn't see the tea plantation from that room. Nonetheless, this is my first experience using Bobobox, and it was quite memorable.
