Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

beautiful scenery, friendly staff, good food, clean and great room, strategic place so it will be easy to travel around, big parking lot, you can take selfies and good pictures as much as you can as long not with dslr and special costumes otherwise they will charge extra and they have beautiful scene resto at 5th floor (outdoor and indoor) visit it around evening so you can see the change between bright scene to night scene and if lucky sunset. during weekdays they'll serve breakfast at 1st floor resto and weekends 5th floor resto.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in process very quick less than 5 minutes with quick response for what I need during my stay with family. They have a kids club near swimming pool and my kid loved to play there while my wife enjoyed spa session which located next to kids club. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

I really like this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I got afternoon tea and a delicious breakfast menu. All the swimming pools in this hotel are warm water. And there is one jacuzzi pool with a temperature of 40 degrees. So this is one of my favorite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel ♥️

This hotel is very near with the center of Lembang. The hotel is very clean and satisfying, except the breakfast. The foods needs to improve for its taste, its restaurant itself (more spacious would be fine), and cleanliness in restaurant. But overall already good to stay around Lembang.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room is clean, the air conditioner and cold air are very comfortable to rest. The bathroom is clean, complete toiletries, the shower works well, the soap and shampoo smells good. But I heard a sound from behind the wall of the room even though my room was at the very end and there was no room next to it, around 2 am. A little scared but overall the hotel is good. Thanks Tibera Hotel.. see you next time.

● Pros:
→ located in Hegarmanah, which is one of the best areas to live in Bandung
→ approx. 5-7 minutes walk to Setiabudhi Supermarket
→ easy access to Cihampelas, Ciumbuleuit, Dago and Setiabudhi areas
→ breakfast menus changed every day — but the variety is quite limited
→ housekeeping service was good
● Cons:
→ limited parking space
→ lighting in room and bathroom was not bright enough
→ no in-room fridge
→ only local TV stations available (no IndiHome or other pay TV channels)
→ there's a serious leak on the shower cube every time we took showers — this was immediately reported to the front desk, but no positive action was taken until we checked-out
Overall, I would give 3 stars out of 5 for staying at this hotel recently.

Definitely strategic location in between city and Lembang. Walking distance to restaurants or food stalls and supermarket. Affordable price for the room. Friendly and helpful staff. We got goodie bag after checking out hotel in New Year event.
