2nd time staying here! Now the hotel is more accessible with the new Exit Tol Bogor Selatan, only around 5-10 mins from there! It was my mom's birthday, and we got a complimentary cake. Thanks to the staff at front desk! The request was supposed to be made at least 3 days prior, but he helped us in getting the cake. Overall very nice and helpful service. The breakfast is nice. Tips: watch the sunset by the pool, and sunrise from the balcony of your mountain view room!

The perfect place to staycation with kids. The location is very strategic near the Bogor Botanical Garden, we can hear the bird singing in the morning, and can take a walk to see deers in BBG. The room is so clean, with the cheapest room we also get the bathroom with bathtub.

It has a magnificent green and mountain view which is much needed for a city getaway. Weather was just right, sunny but not that hot. Wide park area with many options for activities. The room is pretty standard but the view from balcony is awesome. The pool is very big and nice but you can see a bit of greenish algae. Breakfast was good with many varieties. That was my third or fourth time staying at this hotel, everything was always great. This time however, I made mistake when requesting two connected rooms without mentioning that they should be non smoking rooms as well, because I traveled with my wife and daughters. So we got two connected smoking rooms. Hoping and wishing the hotel staff thought that if someone requested two connected rooms, he might be traveling with family and should be provided non smoking rooms, but it didn't happen.
