The location is good and room is spacious. The amenities is very limited (No toothbrush, comb, shaver, cotton bud, etc). The bathroom design is not good, water is overflow at all bathroom floor when I am taking a bath.
The bathroom (wc) is not flush properly. I need to wait 10 till 15 minutes to flush because the water tank is so disaster to refill. I will not recommend the room.
When I arrived at the hotel last night the receptionist said that there was no reservation under my name, he said it was cancelled by the ‘ travel agent/online booking agent’, he said whether I received any cancellantion info/email and of course I didn't received any cancellation info. The receptionist said that he would take care the problem with their reservation team and will let me know today. However, I have to pay for my room last night by my credit card for normal rate. It is so disappointed it happened to me after my 8 hours flight! What should I do to have refund as I have paid additional charge for my room last night. Thanks.
