Great hotel. Very near shopping centre and food republic. Cleanliness is great. The Hotel smells very nice aroma.

Conveniently located in the city center with amazing views and clean and tidy bathrooms

Memorable experience. The hotel room was so comfortable that there were days we didn't feel like going out anywhere except stay in.

The hotel reception to the housekeeping took 1 and a half hour to bring an iron without an ironing board. The house-keeping staff could not converse in English when communicated.

Check-in was a bit slow, but staff's friendliness, helpfulness and attitude made up for the time. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean. Location-wise, it's quite a walk to the nearest MRT station (1KM/10mins walk), but there's a bus station just around the corner.

This hotel is one of the most favorite hotel to stay for my family since 15 years ago. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, the location is closed to orchard road, and also the foods are so yummy.

Family member in another room had bed not fit or safe for anyone to sleep on. Spinal cord will hit the spring bed bottom. Bed should be discarded before anyone gets hurt. Fortunately was able to change room for a decent safe bed.
