Hotels near Kuta Beach

Good price and location. Staff was friendly. Nice bathroom and beds, however there was a little opening in the glass panel which led to a lot of noise from the street coming in. Furthermore, the swimming pool was closed because of repairs, however this turned out to be untrue and apparently open. There was also only 1 elevator available. Location however was good, close to a mall and a Indomaret. Price was also good.

Good hotel and location but room and bathroom very small like 3 star hotel and bathroom amenities limited.

Lots of cockroaches, lighting a little bit dark. Need also to change it pillows.

AC too noisy but room clean and big.

Positives: close to Jalan Legian, short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Has rooftop pall, good buffet breakfast (although food not always warm or hot). Room was spacious although the bathroom is a bit squashed. WiFi was pretty good. AC was nice and clold however it was leaking water on the floor and looked like it needed cleaning as s the filters were dirty. Negative: as mentioned the AC needed to be cleaned, bathroom on small side, there was a plug socket hanging off the wall. One of our biggest complaints is the hot water, in 4 days we only had hot water 1 time, the other times the hottest we got was lukewarm, their water heating system is not adequate enough for the size of the hotel, doesn't provide enough hot water for all guests to have. The location is good however as it's on a one-way road the traffic can be very bad. The TV's are a bit old, still flat screen but old and the audio not good, even when putting volume loud it's not clear even though it's loud, maybe time to switch to smart TVs.
