I arrived at (around) 8.P.M, check in proceed was very quick cos the staff already prepared the key. Breakfast was so good with various of food. The receptionist are friendly & helpful, especially on the last day when checked out, I had to leave my suitcase at the concierge and had to go to the mall for lunch, the staff lent me the access key to the mall. That's great.

On the first time stay at this hotel, they give us upgrade room to executive room; the last times we stay they set up our room beautifully during our honeymoon trip. Hotels need remodeling and renovation. Hygiene is a concern. Chef is vaping while in the kitchen. Kitchen area foments certain odor. AC area in the bedroom has molds. Hotels are missing a lot of amenities

BEST WESTERN Kuta Villa

Great place to stay when there's a deal. They offered variety for breakfast food. We booked the villa with the kiddie pool. It was awesome but I wouldn't recommend booking it during rainy season. You won't be able to use the pool as much.
