Best Hotels in Bayan Lepas

The room was not done up when I check in the room. I went back to counter and told them and they change the room for me. The time I check in was 11pm I was surprise to seen the room was not done up evn at that time.

Ac hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

The staff were friendly & accommodating. They tried to give us information about our question eventhough they didn’t know, ie. the location of the closest mosque which organize Jum’ah Prayer…

The room is quite OK, but it's a bit dark, some ants are walking on the pillows. The staff is very unfriendly! Request for early check-in time at 12:00 does not work in this hotel, we have to check in at 2:30 sharp. The most important thing is there is no wifi can be connected. For tourist, you'd better bring universal travel plug adaptor to charge your phone, or you'll end up buying it in Mr. DIY across the hotel.

all ok but hotel did not provide breakfast but walking distance to bayan baru market that provide sell many breakfast.
