The place near the dustbin (below the vanity) was a bit dusty, but the area of bathroom and bedroom was cleaned properly. The walls were not really sound proof since you can hear other guests from other room still make noises even in the midnight. The staff in the lobby, Mr. Nathan, helped us and allowed us to do early check-in at 1:41 P. M (they said it is usually conducted at 2:30 P. M).

Many different races and cultures comprise KL, making it a lively place to visit. As it is known, the majority of Kuala Lumpur residents are Malays, Chinese, and Indians. This diversity makes KL full of many exciting festivals and events every year.

Whether you’re a shopaholic, foodie, city boy, culture fiend, or even a nature lover, you’ll find plenty of reasons to love this city. KL offers a unique experience where you can immerse in street life, iconic buildings, and, of course, taste the authentic world-class cuisine.

How to Get to Kuala Lumpur

Traveling to Kuala Lumpur is convenient, thanks to its well-connected transportation infrastructure. If you're all about speed and efficiency, hopping on a plane is the way to go.

Several airlines offer daily flights from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Subang Airport). The flight takes around 1 hour, making it super convenient if you're short on time.

Feeling a bit nostalgic? Let’s jump aboard the train for a scenic journey! You can catch a train operated by Malaysia's Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur. It takes around 6-7 hours, but hey, sometimes the journey is just as memorable as the destination, right?

For the budget-savvy travelers out there, taking a bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur is a solid choice. There are plenty of bus operators offering daily services from various locations in Singapore. The journey typically takes around 5-6 hours, depending on traffic and border crossing times. Plus, you'll get to enjoy some picturesque views along the way!

First things first, let's aim high (literally!), by visiting The Petronas Twin Towers. These towers are not just iconic, they're a symbol of Kuala Lumpur's ambition and modernity. Take an elevator ride to the Skybridge for jaw-dropping views of the city below. Don't forget to snap a selfie or two!

If you're a fan of vibrant street scenes and bargain hunting, getting lost in Chinatown located in Petaling Street sounds like a good plan. Here, you can dive into the sea of stalls selling everything from knock-off designer goods to mouth-watering street food. Pro tip: come hungry and leave with a full belly!

Need a break from the urban jungle? Head to KL Bird Park, where lush greenery and colorful feathered friends await. Wander through aviaries teeming with tropical birds, catch a bird show, or simply bask in the tranquility of nature, right in the heart of the city.

After that, just a short ride from the city center lies Batu Caves, a maze of caverns and Hindu temples nestled within limestone cliffs. But here's the kicker: you've got to climb 272 rainbow-colored steps to reach the main cave. Trust us, the view from the top is totally worth the effort!
