Irwanteam never fails when it comes to quality. The best Kerastase salon in my opinion. I've tried treatments at almost all Kerastase salons in Jakarta but I always come back to Irwanteam even though it's more pricey than other Kerastase salons. My suggestion if you go to Irwanteam GI is to request Mas Dwi. His massage is the best.

I purchased a haircut voucher with Sandy. Upon arrival, the staff gave warm greeting. The voucher redemption was easy too and the staff was helpiing me out in the process. The place is clean and cozy. All the staff are nice and friendly. Sandy really did a great job in cutting my hair, I love the result very much. Definitely will be back again!

I bought a voucher for a friend as a gift because our locations are far apart.
It's very inefficient & doesn't make sense if I have to use my device to redeem the voucher. Bad experience, won't purchase for the second time.
